Coming on the heels of yesterday's 2010 Ford Taurus exterior pics are the interior pics. Not that it is a problem, but the interior of the 2010 Taurus seems to draw heavily from the 2009 Lincoln MKS, having the same dash cover that overextends the gages and the glove compartment.
Since it is a Ford don't expect to see the high-end frills such as the leather wrapped dash or brush aluminum accents that would come with the Lincoln. From what we can see here, Ford has really paid attention to what customers want offering a style, space, an economy in a package that is up to date and remarkably appealing.
I would go on about how this vehicle seems to strike a harmony between American and European styling, but for that you can always go to yesterdays story about the 2010 Taurus.
theCD's take: A car like this will certainly change people's opinion of an American made car.

I hope the back-up camera under the spoiler gets integrated on the production model
The 2010 Taurus SHO isn’t the first time Ford had this idea. One could go back further, but the first Ford sport sedan to wear the SHO appellation was the 1989 Ford Taurus. Three generations of Taurus SHO followed, spanning 1989 through 1999. Those earlier Taurus SHO models developed a passionate cult following that remained unrequited as Ford allowed the Taurus franchise to wither. http://www.reviewedfords.com/2010-ford-taurus.html
