An eagle-eyed member of Altima Forums was in the right place at the right time, when he spotted what appears to be the 2010 Nissan Altima Sedan out on a commercial shoot. The facelift for 2010 includes a revised front bumper and new headlamps that are similar to those seen on the Nissan Maxima. Though the picture is a bit fuzzy, we can barely make out what looks like projector headlamps. If this is true this means the Honda Accord and Hyundai Sonata will be the only mid-size sedans with conventional reflector style headlamps.
The other significant change is the grille, which feature more chrome and a shape reminiscent of Quailman's outwardly worn underwear. We can't wait to see what changes, if any, Nissan has made to the interior or to the tail-end of the vehicle.
UPDATE: This is the Altima Coupe, Nissan will be launching both updated models at the same time.

Could this maybe be the coupe since the door glass looks pretty small and is sweeping back?
You could be right, but it is pretty rare for a company to update the newer variant (coupe) before the older variant (sedan)
