Desperate for attention? Trying to turn your life into a joke? Just hang around Spencer Pratt and his new monster truck for a few days.

 

Pratt was pulled over by LAPD because his ridiculous truck didn't have mudflaps. They're a requirement on rides as big as his so that debris don't fly back at other vehicles. Pratt kept his cool and turned the situation into a comedy skit, informing the world that he isn't wasting taxpayer dollars because he'll pay his ticket and have mudflaps installed.

 

He smiles for the video camera a few times, gives the officer his "autograph," and invites the two cops to go CLUBBING with him. They of course had to turn him down, but we're sure he can take botox/injected/lipo/augmented Heidi with him.
